About This Role
- Administer and secure Medtronic's GitHub Enterprise Cloud platform including governance, access control, and compliance.
- Automate platform administration, reporting, and migration activities using APIs and scripting languages.
- Partner with engineering, security, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure a secure, compliant, and scalable source code management platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience administering GitHub Enterprise at enterprise or organization level, including governance and security controls.
- Experience with identity and access management technologies (SAML, OIDC), GitHub Actions security, and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting.
- Experience in regulated industries (medical device or pharmaceutical) or source code platform migration experience to GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale GitHub administration with a strong focus on security governance and automation.
- Familiarity with regulated industry requirements and compliance for source code management platforms.
- Proficient in scripting for platform automation and API integrations, comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving engineering, security, quality, and regulatory teams.
