About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of the Mac platform, driving scaling, standardization, and cost-efficient operations.
- Manage Mac device supply chain, procurement, deployment, and device lifecycle processes ensuring security and compliance.
- Lead software distribution, application management, endpoint security, service operations, and vendor relationships for the Mac ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Mac platform management within enterprise environments.
- Strong technical expertise with macOS management, JAMF (Pro) or equivalent Apple MDM, Microsoft Intune, and Mac software packaging/deployment.
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum B.Tech/BE.
- Experience in platform ownership or IT service management; operational understanding of hardware supply chains and ITIL-based service operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Apple ecosystems at scale with proven ability to drive adoption and influence global stakeholders.
- Skilled in integrating macOS endpoints with enterprise identity systems (Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access).
- Capable of leading cross-functional, international teams with focus on automation, zero-touch deployment, and continuous improvement in platform services.
