About This Role
- Manage point-of-sale transactions with accurate cash handling and payment reconciliation.
- Oversee stock levels through regular inventory checks and maintain detailed records of stock movements and daily sales reports.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, analyze sales performance against targets, and identify operational improvements to maximize sales and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
