About This Role
- Provide daily technical support for core banking, deposit, and investment systems ensuring operational continuity and improved end-user experience.
- Elicit, analyze, document business requirements and conduct impact analysis for system integrations and enhancements in banking applications.
- Configure core banking solutions, lead production issue resolutions, and prepare stakeholder presentations with solution recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years professional experience with at least 3 years in functional testing and business systems analysis in core banking.
- Experience with IBM Main Frame, .NET Suite, or Java Suite technologies and proficiency in relational databases like Oracle and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman and SOAP UI, and knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in functional testing and business analysis specifically within core banking and financial services environments.
- Able to lead technical support and configuration activities, and effectively communicate complex solutions to stakeholders.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches and in system integration impact assessment.
