About This Role
- Establish program structure, delivery cadence, and governance for a newly formed data platform team from inception.
- Manage large, cross-cutting software/platform development programs end-to-end including setting goals, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive AI-augmented program management practices and represent technical delivery status in executive reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10+ years technical experience including 6+ years in Technical Program Management leadership roles.
- Proven experience launching new programs/teams, defining processes and governance from scratch.
- Experience required in software/platform program management, system/platform design, and familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader comfortable operating in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments building new teams and processes.
- Strong technical background enabling effective partnership with architects and engineers on complex platform and AI use cases.
- Practitioner of AI-augmented program management utilizing GenAI tools to enhance program tracking and reporting.
