About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of 4-5 Solution Analysts to support and enhance Machines Order Management technology solutions.
- Own the end-to-end technology delivery, operational health, and modernization of Order Management systems including product configuration, order intake, pricing, fulfillment, and invoicing.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align technology roadmaps, prioritize investments, integrate AI/automation, and ensure operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Data and Analytics, or related discipline.
- Experience leading or managing technology teams such as Solution Analysts, Business Analysts, or comparable technical roles.
- Proven knowledge and experience with enterprise applications, integrations, cloud platforms, Agile delivery, and AI/automation technologies.
- Location and Work Schedule: Based in Bangalore (Caterpillar PSN) or Chennai (WTC); onsite 5 days a week; shift timing 01:00-10:00 PM IST; Visa sponsorship not available.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into scalable technology solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably in order management or manufacturing domains.
- Experienced in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams through the full technology lifecycle, balancing delivery, modernization, and operational stability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset towards AI and automation adoption in business-critical processes.
