About This Role
- Lead and manage lease abstraction and data entry for new setups, renewals, assignments, and modifications ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Serve as first escalation point for lease administration queries among property managers, clients, and offshore teams, escalating issues and driving quality assurance.
- Manage lease administration systems (MRI and CALA), conduct audits, deliver lease reports, and support process improvements across lease functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of property management experience with expertise in lease abstraction and strong knowledge of retail shop lease laws.
- Degree requirement: B.Com, BBA, or MBA.
- Proficient with MRI lease administration tool, MS Excel, Outlook, and lease document interpretation skills.
- Location: On-site in Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex lease data under minimal supervision with strong accountability for accuracy and deadlines.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder communications including escalations and training for property managers.
- Skilled in lease contract reading and interpretation with knowledge of related financial processes like rent reviews and lease incentives.
