About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Celonis development including PQL, Knowledge Models, Views, Action Flows, and orchestration workflows for process mining solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations between Celonis and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Act as SME for process mining to identify use cases, drive process improvement initiatives, define KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders for adoption and technical alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in process analytics or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Celonis Studio (PQL, Knowledge Models, Views, Action Flows, Orchestration Engine) and Celonis Data Integration tools (Data Jobs, Replication Cockpit, Process Connectors).
- Strong SQL, ETL/ELT data modeling skills, and Python scripting for automation.
- Experience integrating Celonis with SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP systems; Celonis Certified Data Analyst and/or Certified Data Engineer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack Celonis developer comfortable with both front-end analytics and back-end data engineering in enterprise environments.
- Skilled in translating complex business process requirements into scalable, automated Celonis solutions and process improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, process mining advanced features (AI-powered tools), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
