About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on healthcare domain applications.
- Define and translate business processes into functional specifications and support data-related activities including data discovery, validation, and troubleshooting for large healthcare datasets.
- Develop and support dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI or Tableau aligned to business KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain (Claims, Membership, Provider, Enrollment, Benefits).
- Hands-on expertise in SQL is mandatory.
- Education: BE/BTech or MBA degree required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and skilled in business analysis within large healthcare data environments.
- Proficient in working with cross-functional teams including SMEs and technology groups to define data requirements and transformation logic.
- Familiar with analytics and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau and capable of supporting KPI-driven dashboard development.
