About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of reusable utilities and enterprise-level AI-enabled applications within the AI Development Life Cycle.
- Define project milestones, architect scalable cloud-native services and RESTful APIs, and drive engineering projects through full lifecycle including deployment and support.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor engineers, champion best practices including DevOps, CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years software development experience with at least two of Java, JavaScript, Python; 7+ years with HTML and CSS.
- 3+ years experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, React, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), container platforms (preferably Kubernetes), enterprise architecture, and DevOps delivery.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in software development including 5+ years in Agile SDLC, RESTful API development, unit testing, and database experience (MySQL, Oracle or equivalent).

- Experienced technical leader with hands-on expertise in full-stack Java development and cloud-native architecture.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, driving scalable, secure, maintainable AI/ML-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments applying DevOps principles and collaborating with diverse technical and business teams.
