About This Role
- Develop and enhance ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, and semantic artefacts for interconnected data and advanced search/discovery.
- Design and prototype scalable data/software solutions for semantic artefact construction, maintenance, and consumption across applications.
- Lead strategic semantic initiatives including vision, roadmap, linked metadata harmonization, and governance participation to meet project timelines and priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience with ontology development and semantic web technologies (RDF, RDFS, OWL, SPARQL) and relevant semantic tools (VocBench, TopQuadrant, etc.).
- 3+ years experience in advanced data integration with semantic and knowledge graph technologies in complex enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript; cloud services experience is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years related experience explicitly mentioned. Other strict requirements: Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience leading semantic knowledge engineering within strategic, enterprise-level data architecture initiatives.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including executives.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills with experience in governance and strategic roadmap development in semantic data domains.
