About This Role
- Oversee and guide multiple Agile scrum teams to ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile practices.
- Mentor and motivate teams to improve processes, eliminate impediments, and deliver solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple application projects and track project progress, risks, and financials.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant IT experience.
- 5+ years experience as Scrum Master or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; any graduate or post-graduate accepted.
- Certified Scrum Master required; SAFe certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing global Agile teams within IT product delivery environments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, able to coordinate across engineering, operations, and infrastructure.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with ability to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
