About This Role
- Lead design, configuration, development, and integration of Conga CPQ with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Salesforce to enable Configure-Price-Quote and Quote-to-Order processes.
- Architect and implement complex product configuration including bundles, pricing, discounts, approvals, and CRM-CPQ data flows with error handling and cross-system synchronization.
- Oversee environment strategy, deployment, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring within agile, multi-system delivery teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of CRM/CPQ technical and architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Conga CPQ on Conga Advantage/Revenue Lifecycle Platform or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM data models (accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, price lists, quotes).
- Experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and scalable technical designs for CPQ solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end CPQ implementations with complex product and pricing rules integrated into CRM platforms.
- Skilled in technical leadership including architecture, troubleshooting, deployment, and mentoring in international, agile teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe frameworks, Contract Lifecycle Management systems, and ERP (SAP S/4Hana) integration is advantageous.
