About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable machine learning platforms and workflows supporting AI/ML model deployment for drug discovery and development.
- Deliver AI/ML-enabled applications including classical ML, NLP, protein language models, and large language models within production environments.
- Implement and uphold MLOps best practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and model lifecycle management in cloud platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Proficient in Python programming, version control, and test-driven development.
- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and hands-on AI/ML model training and serving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early career ML engineer aiming to deepen expertise in MLOps, cloud platforms, and applied AI in life sciences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists and domain experts to productionize ML solutions.
- Familiarity with production deployment environments including containerization, experiment tracking, and cloud-native MLOps tools.
