About This Role
- Own strategy, execution, and roadmap for AI Agent security on endpoint devices within the Netskope Skylight AI Security Platform.
- Translate customer needs into product strategy and technology requirements; develop MRDs and PRDs.
- Collaborate with engineering, research, marketing, and sales teams to launch products and support go-to-market plans, including competitive analysis and pricing models.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years product management experience; 5+ years specialized in endpoint security or related cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions and collaboration with AI/ML engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MS or MBA strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering SaaS/cloud-native security products, especially endpoint security.
- Strong technical understanding of AI models, agents, and tool-calling protocols relevant to security risk management.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams with strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
