About This Role
- Design, code, review, and optimize scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices including automation, continuous integration/deployment, and proactive monitoring ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Serve as a technical bridge across engineering, QA, and operations to enforce secure coding, observability, and best architectural practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven software development experience.
- Strong technical proficiency with Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python or Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platform familiarity.
- Must be able to work onsite in the office at least 4 days per week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex system design including microservices, distributed systems, and domain-driven design aligning with scalable architectures.
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA) supporting collaboration, continuous delivery, and DevOps culture.
- Capable of operating cross-functionally in a global matrix environment, bridging technical and business teams in multi-cultural settings.
