About This Role
- Solve highly complex technical problems and deliver scalable, maintainable software using modern architectural patterns.
- Drive adoption and implementation of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices, embedding security and observability into development lifecycle.
- Act as a technical bridge between engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless, high-quality product deliveries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Must be present in office 4 days per week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable, secure microservices and API-driven architectures in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies combined with hands-on CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration among globally distributed teams, enforcing secure coding and reliability engineering practices.
