About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to multiple development teams, solving complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Ensure adoption of Agile, DevOps, and security best practices across development processes and architectures.
- Mentor engineers, contribute hands-on to development, and align solutions with business goals and performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience.
- Proficient in Angular (version 10+), Java, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks.
- Experience with API design (gRPC, REST), microservices, PostgreSQL/Redis, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; presence in office 4 days/week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex architecture and design decisions in large-scale, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Familiar with Agile/DevOps practices, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global and matrix environments.
- Capable of working hands-on with diverse modern technology stacks while mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence.
