About This Role
- Develop and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions solving complex technical problems, leveraging front-end and back-end technologies.
- Drive adoption and implementation of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices ensuring automation, continuous integration, deployment, and operational monitoring.
- Act as a technical liaison bridging engineering, QA, and operations teams to enforce secure coding standards and high-quality product deliveries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven software development experience.
- Proficient in Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python or Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Role requires in-office presence 4 days per week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks across full software development lifecycle.
- Skilled in API design (gRPC, RESTful), microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and performance troubleshooting in distributed systems.
- Capable of working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed, multi-cultural environment with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
