About This Role
- Own technical architecture and solution design leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices technology stack.
- Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade applications with focus on performance optimization and integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to deliver banking/financial services domain solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in Java technology stack including Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Proven expertise in technical architecture, solution design, and framework development for scalable applications.
- Domain experience: Must have handled projects in Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Location: Chennai (5 days work from office).

- Experienced technical leader with strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities in large scale enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, integration strategies, and performance tuning.
- Comfortable working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders within the BFSI sector to translate requirements into technical solutions.
