About This Role
- Drive execution of India site strategic priorities and operational initiatives by partnering with site leadership.
- Manage complex cross-functional programs including planning, governance, risk identification, and progress reporting.
- Lead employee engagement programs and serve as key liaison among site leadership, employees, and global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree required.
- 8+ years experience in site strategy, business operations, program management, site operations, or related field.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed, multi-site organization.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, budget and vendor management skills.
