About This Role
- Own design, operation, and security of scalable AWS cloud platforms, including provisioning, patching, backup, and lifecycle management across environments.
- Lead Kubernetes production operations on Amazon EKS clusters including build, upgrade, security, workload management, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), observability (Splunk, Prometheus), incident response, and vulnerability management workflows to drive platform reliability and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12+ years in DevOps, SRE, cloud, or production operations engineering with 3+ years in senior/lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience: EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, RDS, EMR, CloudWatch, IAM.
- Expert Docker and Kubernetes skills with Amazon EKS cluster management.
- Deep experience with Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD pipeline design and troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior individual contributor able to lead incident response and guide production readiness across diverse engineering teams.
- Strong operational discipline with expertise in cloud infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring/observability, and security operations including VAPT management.
- Technical leader comfortable owning end-to-end cloud platform reliability and automation in high-availability, data-driven environments.
