About This Role
- Co-manage and lead a web engineering team responsible for full-stack development, backend services, database schema design, cloud operations, and delivery for enterprise Next.js/React and .NET applications.
- Architect and develop backend services including REST APIs, event-driven systems, async processing, and manage database performance for PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Oversee cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices infrastructure, application security (OWASP, OAuth 2.0, JWT), Agile delivery cadence, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in web application development with a strong delivery record.
- Strong technical skills in Next.js and .NET / ASP.NET Core for full-stack and backend development.
- Advanced expertise in PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, partitioning, performance tuning) and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and application security (OWASP Top 10, secure SDLC).
