About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI agentic workflows supporting enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Workday, and Supply Chain.
- Develop full stack applications including front-end (React/Angular) and backend services/APIs, with emphasis on reusable components for agent deployments.
- Drive cloud-based (AWS) integrations, security, telemetry, and operational readiness establishing scalable, production-grade AI agents and integration frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or similar, with experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with authentication, authorization, and enterprise security patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Redpanda ADP), event-driven architectures, and building production-grade AI applications or agentic workflows.
- Comfortable operating in incubation environments with evolving requirements balancing rapid prototyping and production readiness.
- Proven ability to collaborate across business SMEs, enterprise architects, and application teams to transition emerging AI solutions from prototype to production safely and cost-effectively.
