About This Role
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Nest.js, and Python.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and AI teams to deliver business requirements and contribute to AI-enabled solutions where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications.
- Strong expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Nest.js, Python, SQL, and database fundamentals.
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on software engineering experience.
- Work setting: Onsite in Noida, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ownership of software quality with experience in automated testing, code coverage, and peer code reviews.
- Experience working with AI development tools like Cursor and familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and integration.
- Comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment combining rapid delivery with disciplined engineering practices.
