About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Dynatrace deployments across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments, including configuration of OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Managed components.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions including dashboards, SLOs, alerting, custom metrics, synthetic monitors, and integration with CI/CD and ITSM tools.
- Define and enforce full-stack observability strategies with a focus on APM, infrastructure, log management, RUM, cloud monitoring across AWS, Azure, GCP, and leverage AI for root cause analysis and proactive problem management.
Minimum Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience with minimum 5+ years in Dynatrace implementation and administration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Dynatrace platform components including OneAgent, ActiveGate, SmartScape, Davis AI and proficiency in DQL and Grail data lakehouse.
- Dynatrace Professional Certification (DCP) or Associate Certification strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex enterprise cloud environments with strong capability in Dynatrace SaaS and Managed deployments.
- Proficient in designing observability solutions integrated with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Skilled in using advanced Dynatrace features like Workflows, AutomationEngine, Site Reliability Guardian, and Business Analytics, demonstrating strategic depth in monitoring and incident management.
