About This Role
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI agents for business operations and internal products including retrieval, tool use, orchestration, state management, and human handoffs.
- Develop and maintain agent harnesses such as eval frameworks, tracing, failure taxonomies, and guardrails to ensure agent reliability before deployment.
- Own and improve existing agents acquired from external partners by adding evals, observability, and ensuring compliance in output verification.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of AI engineering experience, specifically building LLM (Large Language Model) systems used by real users.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building MCP servers, eval harnesses, or similar LLM systems with measurable improvement validation.
- Experience deploying AI systems on major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Work experience required: 3+ years in relevant AI engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ownership of AI systems in production, including diagnosing degradation and deploying fixes independently.
- Experience working with agent frameworks or building agentic harnesses like Claude Code or Codex, with ability to go below framework layers if needed.
- Comfort translating non-technical workflows into automated AI systems and working in compliance-heavy or regulated environments.
