About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of Workday integration solutions linking Workday with internal and third-party systems.
- Manage multiple integration projects including milestones, deliverables, risks, and ensure quality through testing and release management.
- Coordinate vendor and third-party teams; mentor juniors and contribute to resource and workload planning for global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or enterprise application development.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday integration development.
- Proficient with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Prism, XML, XSLT, API integrations, and Workday security and business process configuration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading enterprise integration programs involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- Comfortable working in Agile development and release management environments.
- Skilled at managing global teams and coordinating across multiple time zones with hybrid or onsite work arrangements.
