About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of advanced data science and AI solutions with measurable business impact across multiple business areas.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership including solution architecture and complex technical delivery while mentoring others.
- Engage senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into data science/AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (advanced degree beneficial).
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning, solution architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Experience delivering production-grade data science or AI solutions with measurable business impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in modern AI technologies including GenAI/LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and graph technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and prioritize projects based on business value rather than technical novelty.
- Experienced technical leader with cross-functional influence and mentorship capabilities in complex technical environments.
