About This Role
- Develop and operationalize AI/ML and NLP models including supervised and unsupervised algorithms, deep learning, and large language models.
- Perform end-to-end predictive modeling lifecycle including data analysis, feature engineering, model building, validation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of professional experience with AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure).
- Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, RAG Applications, Transformer Architectures.
- Candidates must have notice period of 0 to 3 weeks and be willing to work hybrid from office locations in Bangalore including Manyata or EGL with mandatory shift 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Must provide genuine and digitally signed Form16 for all employment and have complete verified employment history in UAN/PPF statements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling AI/ML models from research to deployment and working with vector databases and AI-centric tools like PyTorch, Langchain.
- Experience in implementing agentic AI concepts such as autonomous planning, reasoning, and multi-step action automation.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment with client-facing flexibility and shift timings.
