About This Role
- Configure and manage client healthcare claims pricing system according to defined business rules and requirements.
- Lead and perform UAT, integration testing, and resolve production support issues related to provider pricing configurations.
- Conduct data validation, audit existing plans/contracts, and support database maintenance and fee schedule updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years overall experience in US healthcare claims payer domain.
- At least 2 years experience in configuring client pricing systems and UAT testing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical coursework preferred.
- Experience with SQL query writing (2+ years) and availability to work Monday-Friday 5:00am-3:00pm EST with possible overtime and weekend work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare claims payer configuration with direct exposure to provider pricing and contract management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle configuration evaluations, problem-solving in health plan benefits and system issues, and testing at integration and UAT levels.
- Capable of working in project-oriented environments requiring detailed data validation, issue resolution, and testing coordination.
