About This Role
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex business and technology transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage cross-functional, multi-geography teams and stakeholder communications including governance, risk, and executive reporting.
- Drive key project activities such as requirements gathering, testing, deployment, post-production support, and change management adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of project/program management experience with proven end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Strong understanding and experience with SDLC, Agile, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation, digital, or technology initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and executive teams across diverse geographies.
- Proficient in multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project.
- Background in business and technology transformation projects requiring governance, risk mitigation, and complex coordination.
