About This Role
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: estimating, design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop applications using multiple technologies as directed by solution architects and leads, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical development processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues by analyzing log files, error messages, and problem-solving to find root cause solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of application development experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong debugging, problem solving, and investigative skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in team environments under guidance of solution architects and leads, capable of collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to handle full software development lifecycle and technical planning phases.
- Applied experience with diverse technologies and strong consulting and communication skills to engage with multiple organizations for problem resolution.
