About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for HR Core ServiceNow solutions, enabling impactful change and improved business performance.
- Identify and define solutions for complex business problems, facilitate change management, and guide cross-functional teams toward desired outcomes.
- Develop test scripts linked to requirements and manage user acceptance testing to ensure solution effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience in Human Resources with core HR processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex business analysis independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in collaborating across organizational levels to align business and technology solutions in HR domains.
- Familiar with launching new ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and working within a product model environment.
