About This Role
- Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery for client applications.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing technical support and leading continual service improvements.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional requirements and technical designs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of application development experience with clients or consulting experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
- Solid foundation in Computer Science including data structures, algorithms, software design, and agile development methodologies.
- Proficient in communication across multiple channels and authoring technical documentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical teams in client-facing or consulting environments, capable of mentoring and guiding developers.
- Strong coder with proven problem-solving skills and ability to create innovative solutions within fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools and understanding of AI capabilities and ethical considerations is a plus.
