About This Role
- Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, project management, and architectural delivery of SAP BTP applications.
- Serve as technical lead and mentor, providing leadership and support for software development and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of application development experience with passion for coding.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and strong foundation in computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Client-facing or consulting experience highly preferred.

- Experienced in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers in a consulting environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to varied environments.
- Skilled communicator able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including decision makers.
