About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable production systems using Kubernetes/OpenShift and streaming data pipelines.
- Define and track SLIs/SLOs/error budgets; lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems for production incidents.
- Automate operational tasks via Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD; perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting including network and protocol-level issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant SRE or systems engineering experience.
- Location requirement: Bangalore.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, container orchestration, monitoring tools (ELK, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus), and automation using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operates with end-to-end ownership of production system reliability and incident management duties in a mature SRE environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with distributed systems, network protocols, and automation in cloud-native infrastructure.
