About This Role
- Analyse change requests to identify impacted test scenarios and design test matrices and approaches.
- Develop and review automated test scripts using Appium, Java, IntelliJ within the test framework.
- Manage end-to-end validation support coordination, defect triage, progress reporting, and risk communication in QA forums.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of software testing experience; 5+ years specifically in API and web automation testing.
- Proficient in Java, Selenium, IntelliJ, Rest Assured for automation scripting.
- Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub, SQL, and knowledge of DevOps tools and pipeline building.
- Experience in mobile, API, and web automation scripting; familiarity with software testing processes and standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating cross-team end-to-end testing and stakeholder communications in a banking or financial services environment.
- Technically adept in automation frameworks, DevOps integration, and defect management with strong problem identification and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with cloud service logs (AWS) and producing detailed QA reports and risk mitigation plans.
