About This Role
- Lead the technical planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery phases for Databricks-based data engineering projects.
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing guidance and leadership in development and continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and technical solutions that meet client needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or application development.
- Strong hands-on skills in Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional credential required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing or consulting roles with demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams.
- Strong foundation in data pipeline design, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing within Azure ecosystem.
- Capable communicator comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
