About This Role
- Develop ML compilers and tools to efficiently map machine learning models, especially for always-on computing, onto hardware ISA like EdgeTPU.
- Identify, triage, and resolve correctness and performance issues in ML model deployment on EdgeTPU.
- Collaborate with model owners to optimize ML model architectures for efficient execution on custom hardware accelerators.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ML compilers or general compilers.
- Experience with system software.
- Work Experience Required: 2 years with ML compilers or compilers in general.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in optimizing ML model inference on device and power/performance optimizations.
- Strong understanding of hardware, especially parallelism in hardware architectures.
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science or related technical fields preferred.
