About This Role
- Design and implement scalable MLOps pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks Asset Bundles, and CI/CD/CT.
- Develop, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and deep learning models with expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Lead model drift detection, data governance implementation, and provide mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML roles.
- Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Practical experience with big data technologies such as Spark (Databricks preferred) and familiarity with Hadoop/Kafka.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS or GCP), strong MLOps exposure, and hands-on experience in model drift detection and data governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting and deploying production-grade MLOps pipelines within cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Strong background in both supervised and reinforcement learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Capable of mentoring juniors and adopting advanced AI trends like Generative AI, Agentic AI, and large language models (LLMs).
