About This Role
- Provide finance support to global engineering and technology centers, including driving long-range business planning and monthly business review.
- Perform variance analysis and deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
- Design, automate, and optimize ETL workflows and reporting processes using tools like Alteryx and Tableau or Power BI to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of FP&A and analytics experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau) preferred; knowledge of Python, SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems advantageous but not mandatory.

- Experienced finance professional with significant exposure to multinational corporations and engineering/business finance environments.
- Proficient in financial planning, data analytics, automation, and business intelligence tools to enable data-driven financial decision-making.
- Capable of partnering across global teams including finance, business, and IT to deliver actionable insights and optimize financial reporting processes.
