About This Role
- Manage and optimize endpoint tools like Zscaler Dex, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, and SysTrack to improve user experience and performance.
- Drive automation initiatives and create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Manage customer/stakeholder relationships and act as liaison between vendor and client to support cross-functional needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex, Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack.
- Zscaler Dex (ZDX) platform and admin certifications required.
- ITIL Foundation certification mandatory.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy and project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Must be willing to work 5 days from office in Bengaluru or Noida.

- Experienced in vendor and stakeholder management within enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and problem hunting in digital experience tools.
- Proficient in creating strategic success plans, roadmaps, and value realization documents aligned to business objectives.
