About This Role
- Ensure smooth operation of financial processes including fund movements, settlements, and multi-entity bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
- Act as primary contact for settlement and invoicing issues, managing liquidity positions and monitoring cut-offs to meet SLAs and prevent delays.
- Lead financial operations inquiries and drive FinOps initiatives for process improvements and risk control.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in Financial Operations, Payments, FinOps, Reconciliation, or related role.
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions and working with multiple banking partners.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with financial reporting systems; ability to liaise with internal teams and external banking partners.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial operations in fast-paced, multi-entity environments involving multi-currency settlements.
- Operationally focused with ability to drive process improvements and resolve complex reconciliation and payment issues independently.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and external partners to ensure financial accuracy and SLA adherence in fintech or banking context.
