About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirement gathering and preparation of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) / Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conceptualization documents specifically for transformation projects.
- Support drafting of RFPs and Expressions of Interest (EoIs), and manage bid processes within a multi-stakeholder environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven proficiency in requirement gathering and FRS/FRD preparation.
- Experience in preparing SOPs and conceptualization documents for transformation initiatives.
- Qualifications: BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/MBA; Base location: Hyderabad.

- Experienced in managing coordination and communication across multiple stakeholders in complex projects.
- Strong background in transformation project documentation and bid process management.
