About This Role
- Drive and implement process automation initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment within Custody Operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Technology teams to design and enable intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to demonstrate benefits such as capacity creation and risk reduction.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing complex operational processes with understanding of risk implications.
- Working knowledge of basic software development principles.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with one or more intelligent automation tools such as Alteryx macros, Tableau, UiPath, and Databricks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational automation strategy including defining objectives, key results, and performance metrics.
- Comfortable partnering with Technology teams to establish low-code automation infrastructure.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools including Node.js, React, Python, APIs, and prototyping tools suggests strong technical breadth.
