About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI models to address complex business challenges.
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows suitable for production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven decisions while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML/Generative AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and related data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and MLOps tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with Large Language Models and Natural Language Processing relevant to real-world applications.
- Skilled in building end-to-end machine learning solutions including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Preferably has domain experience in ERP or Supply Chain and a track record identifying AI/ML business use cases to drive value.
