About This Role
- Own and drive large, cross-team full-stack technical initiatives from problem definition through production deployment and operation.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable distributed systems while remaining deeply hands-on with coding, debugging, and system improvement.
- Lead architecture discussions, influence technical direction across teams, and champion AI-native engineering practices including AI-assisted development workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating complex production systems.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React or equivalent modern technologies across the full stack.
- Experience with distributed systems design, cloud-native architectures, databases, APIs, messaging, observability, security, and scalability.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and AIDLC/AI-native development practice is required.
