About This Role
- Design, develop, and own end-to-end modern web applications using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and React.
- Lead technical design discussions, create architecture documentation, and drive decisions on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, manage CI/CD pipelines, optimize application performance, and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-11 years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python backend development with experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with React (including Hooks, Context, Redux or similar state management).
- Experience with database design and optimization using PostgreSQL and/or MySQL; knowledge of async programming, API design, and CI/CD workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in system design for scalable, reliable, and maintainable web applications with strong architectural decision-making skills.
- Able to independently own technical problems and influence cross-team design decisions, mentoring mid-level and junior engineers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments involving full software lifecycle including deployment automation, monitoring, and incident management.
