About This Role
- Design, build, and scale the Reinforcement Learning Environments platform and supporting infrastructure powering AI model training and evaluation workflows.
- Partner with US-based Engineering, Research, Product, and Operations teams to execute on a shared roadmap and deliver reliable, scalable backend systems and data pipelines.
- Own technical projects, contribute to platform architecture, and improve platform reliability, observability, performance, and developer productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend systems, distributed systems, or platform infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, data modeling, distributed systems, and system design.
- Experience building and operating production systems on AWS or GCP.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (in-office role).

- Experienced in designing scalable backend services and data pipelines supporting AI or complex simulation platforms, comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Skilled in collaborating with globally distributed teams, especially with US-based engineering and research groups.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and can deliver high-quality, maintainable code with attention to platform reliability and developer productivity.
